📄 Raediant Heart Refund and Cancelation Policy

⏰ Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens! I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the session fee, unless due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances (which I will always handle with compassion).

🔁 Session Packages & Expiration

• Packages (e.g., 3-session, 4 session, or 6-session bundles) are non-refundable once the first session is used.

• All packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Unused sessions may be gifted or transferred to another individual with written permission.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

• Refunds are not issued for completed sessions or partial use of session packages unless an exception is made by the practitioner.

💬 Workshops, Circles, & Group Events

• Due to the planning involved, all event registrations are final unless a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

• If you are unable to attend a group event, you may request credit toward a future session or event (at the discretion of the practitioner).
