We ship within 5-7 business days upon payment. In the event that there is an exception, we will contact you directly with details. We proudly package our products with mostly recycled materials.

International

We do not ship internationally.

We are a small business and all of our operations are done by hand. In order to conserve time and energy, we only mail out packages once a week. Generally we ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays through USPS.

Meaning if you order on a Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will not be processed until the following week. Please be patient with us and the post office.

All sales are final.  Once an order is shipped, we can no longer issue a refund if the products arrive in good condition.  If your order arrives damaged, please promptly let us know and we will be happy to replace it.  If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately (phone would be the fastest response), so we can exchange.

There is extensive research on the herbs themselves, but very little is known about preparing the herbs in various body care products. There are few tried and proven recipes. By experimenting with various oils and essential oils Julia's Good Medicine has created products that offer herbal healing properties in pleasing formulas. Even with the best of measuring techniques, it is still a process of intiution and the information that is out there for this time. Results are passed along to you as the process grows and we learn more herbal preparation skills.

1 dropperful = 1 full squeeze of dropper bulb = 1/2 full pipette

We recommend starting with a low dose to monitor your body’s response to the formula. This can be 1-3 dropperfuls per day or two times a day. Dosages depend on the need– acute symptoms call for higher amounts more frequently while prevention requires a lower dosage. Dropperfuls may be added to your water bottles to be sipped on throughout the day (eg. Pain, Anxiety, Digestive Bitters).

Tonics can be synergistically mixed with up to 5 kinds at a time. Some formulas are best taken in the morning (eg. Memory and Happy) and some are best takin in the evening (eg. Relax & Sleep). Any kind of detox formula should be taken gradually to slowly help the body cleanse (e.g Enviro Detox, Fungal Detox, Cellular Detox).

Our handmade products are subject to variations of fresh and dried herbs, seasons, as well as various suppliers of essential oils, bulk oils/vinegars/alcohol/honey, packaging materials, etc. Over the years, we have acquired more knowledge and know-how of formulating our products. Each production may vary slightly just because that is how hand-crafted things are. It is our desire that our personal involvement in the production process will make a positive difference in the lives of those who use these products.
